CONTACT AND COURSE REGISTRATION FORMS
Processing contact forms filled out and sent by visitors to our website, to enable us to contact the visitor and for processing course registration forms filled out and sent by visitors to our website, to enable them to register them or their colleagues to our open enrolment courses.
At these processes the following categories of personal data are processed:

At these processes the following categories of personal data can potentially be processed, dependent on the composition of the forms:

SUPERVISION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your data, Mithun has taken the following technical and organizational measures:
- Measures whereby Mithun will make provisions for adequate access security to personal data, so that only authorized persons will have access. Mithun grants access solely to the personal data via registered accounts, whereby the use of those accounts is adequately logged and whereby those accounts will only have access to those personal data, relevant to this person;
- Measures to protect personal data against unintentional or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorized or unlawful storage, processing, access or disclosure;
- Measures to identify weak points with regard to the processing of personal data in the systems that are used for the provision of our services;
- Securing the services by using an SSL access certificate, which Mithun is obliged to use;
- The utilization of an adequate and up-to-date mechanism to detect and adequately handle malicious software, including computer viruses. We take security measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.
If there is unexpected evidence that something has gone wrong with the protection of your personal data, or we suspect that this is the case, then we will report this to the AP. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

PROVIDING TO THIRD PARTIES

WHAT WILL WE DO WITH YOUR IP ADDRESS?
Everyone who uses internet, has an IP address. This is also the case if you use internet from your cell phone. You cannot use the internet without an IP address. Mithun keeps IP addresses to protect you from internet fraud.
WHAT WILL WE DO WITH YOUR VISITING DATA?
At Mithun’s websites general visitor data are kept, such as the most visited pages. With this information we can further optimize the layout of our website. This data can also be used to put more specific information on the website. This allows us to further improve our services. We also register how visitors click through Mithun’s website. They are used for statistical analysis of visitor behavior and for anti-fraud.
WHAT WILL WE DO WITH COOKIES?
We do not place "tracking cookies" on your computer. Through a script in our pages we register your visiting behavior. This information is managed by the Dutch company MTrack, which provides visitor reports to Mithun based on the collected metadata.
