An education provides a foundation. Participants to our courses increase their knowledge of a particular discipline and can try out use new skills in a protected environment. However, training is only the start of change process. For organizations to truly benefit from the new way of working, more needs to be done.
We encourage the participants to start using their new skills as soon as possible. Unfortunately, upon returning to their workplace it is sometimes not possibly to try out those new skills, due to the daily workload.
