Scrum is a "lean" approach to software development. Scrum is a simple framework used to organize teams and get work done more productively with higher quality. It allows teams to choose the amount of work to be done and decide how best to do it, thereby providing a more enjoyable and productive working environment. Scrum focuses on prioritizing work based on business value, improving the usefulness of what is delivered, and increasing revenue, particularly early revenue.

Designed to adapt to changing requirements during the development process at short, regular intervals, Scrum allows teams to prioritize customer requirements and adapt the work product in real time to customer needs. By doing this, Scrum provides what the customer wants at the time of delivery (improving customer satisfaction) while eliminating waste (work that is not highly valued by the customer).

In case you want to adopt the Scrum Agile approach, but are not interested in the Scrum certification, we offer a number of very practical Scrum courses to help you embed the Scrum practices into your organization. Our Scrum courses are run by very experienced Scrum Coach. Our program is highly adaptable and can be targeted to guide the various roles in a Scrum team, through a project, and as part of a Scrum implementation.

Introduction to Scrum

This 1-day course gives an overview of the Scrum approach which delivers what the customer want, when he wants it, ensuring customer satisfaction while eliminating waste (work that is not highly valued by the customer).

Scrum Team Training

This course offers a deep understanding of Scrum and agile methods and the route to become an agile team. Furthermore, we show how Scrum and agile development activities, schedules, costs and quality in software development really work. The Scrum Team Training contains the agile42 Scrum Lego City Game, which has already emerged as the optimal way to learn Scrum.

Kanban & Lean

Kanban and Lean were used to improve and accelerate the operations of manufacturing companies, like Toyota. In the meanwhile these methods have been proven to be useful in industries like Software development as well. Our trainers will introduce you to the principles of Kanban and value stream mapping and explain how they work. We will compare Kanban and Scrum and which should be used in a specific project situation.
